BRIO Tuscan Grille in Columbus

Stopped in for early weekday lunch. Hostess very friendly, nicely dressed and professional.Seating was fast.Very tasteful decor atmosphere. Lighting inside is very dim.(more for romantic dinner nights. Lol)Patio is very nice! (but was too humid, to sit outside.)Food was EXCELLENT with reasonable prices.We had lobster bisque, wedge salad, amazing calamari and a delicious seafood ravioli Server lost 1 point because despite giving us undisturbed chatting time, she showed up with a plate of dirty dishes rested on the ledge next to our table to take our order.Food came out too long in between courses. And we didn't receive table bread until appetizer came out. BUT, i will definitely visit again. Maybe for dinner.Thank you Brio

Their foods are good but very pricey. Customer service is awesome. One of my dishes was a Grilled Salmon Fresca ($24) and while I was eating it, I noticed that my salmon was not fully cooked yet, it was still raw in the center. The manager kindly replaced my plate with a new piece of salmon. ツ

Went for a work event and it was excellent. Great service, great bartender, bathrooms were clean!! Will definitely be going back to this location in the future.

They do have good food but this particular location I felt they gave me food from the day before. The noodles were not done and they were brought back twice, I think they hire chef Mike AKA microwave lol.

I visit this place a lot since I work in the area. I must say their service is always fantastic and they keep the place well organized consistently. Pricing is convenient and they serve big portions.

This was first time ordering from Polaris location but I wish we never did. So disappointed in service they provided for take out. Ordered 2 plates of calamari and it is just ridiculous what we got, clasters of breading and bannana papers, had to dig to find any calamari. Plus it was so little nothing even close to what they serve in restaurants. Last picture is what they serve in the restaurant.

My Standards are really high when is related to food, restaurants and customer service, I was for 2 years in a gastronomic academy, had my own restaurant and this new "Google experience" is really nice talking about food.This "BRIO TUSCAN RESTAURANT" really filled my palette of taste, and is an absolute blast of flavors. A little lack of "high quality table service" (professionalism), with the waiter, someone else came later to save the customer service. The food us totally outstanding, delightful, the tomato bisque, the risotto, the lasagna... everything worth the pennies. If for some reason you're close to Polaris, stop by and try it.

The food was very good and service was great. Felt very comfortable eating there, they have taken the necessary precautions to be safe. Try it I think you'll like it.

Our waiter was wonderful and the food was cooked to perfection. One of my favorite places hands down. Even with the limited menu I still found something amazing!

Food was on point! Service was excellent. A little on the pricey side $50/person for one adult beverage each, a spinach and artichoke appetizer to share, and two midpriced entrees. Definitely couldn't afford to eat here often, but definitely worth the splurge once in a while!!!

Service was good. Lighting is poor which I get is setting the mood, but if I did not hold the menu at a perfect angle it was either blocked by my shadow or a glare.Food was okay, but for the price it is underwhelming.

Had the lobster and shrimp pasta, I would suggest you order it with alfredo.

My boyfriend and I love coming to Brio for a nice date night! The atmosphere of the restaurant feels very comfortable and welcoming, the customer service is always exceptional when we go. They have delicious options for every meal of the day, we always look forward to coming here to eat and couldn't recommend it enough.

I love Brio - calorie content is listed on the menu's and the service is always perfect. This is a great casual restaurant for the whole family. The choices are many and you can get a great dinner without breaking the bank!

We placed an order through their website for one of their family meals to be delivered. We placed the order a week an advance, paid by credit card and received a confirmation email. Literally 30 minutes prior to the expected delivery, I received an email saying our order was cancelled. I called the restaurant and they basically were like " o'well, there is nothing we can do." They wouldn't do anything for us and didn't even seem apologetic that they completely ruined our dinner. They told us just to drive all the way there which I said no since I am pregnant and not wanting to unnecessarily expose myself to people (hence the whole point of the delivery). I wanted to order from them because I use to like this place and I want to do my part to keep them in business given the current situation. But I will never give them my business again. Now I have to make sure they give our money back. I just don't imagine them staying in business long if they treat customers like this.

Extremely delicious. Significant other and I went during restaurant week and had an amazing meal for a super discounted price!

We attended a catered Christmas party there. Appetizers, meal, everything was delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great experience!

Bummer. They no longer serve the Pork Chops or the Creme Brulee. I don't see myself going back unless we're having to meet up with people there. Those menu items were amazing.

Great place! I liked the service and the food. Staff gives you space and time to decide what to eat.I had a Pollo capresi. It is a great choice if you want something light and tasty!

Always a great restaurant.... for a chain it is hard to top. Very consistant. This is our first time at this location and the food and service was terrific!

Ordered an assortment of food and everything was fantastic. We ordered the warmed olives as an appetizer, and I had the mushroom ravioli and a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus as well. I couldn't help but over eat, it was so good!! Our server was very nice and attentive as well. I can't remember her name but she worked during the lunch shift and has blonde hair. Kudos to her and the kitchen!

Sadly, the pizza oven was down (on Father's Day!) Ordered the ceasars salad with chicken added which cost $14. Felt like lettuce quantity was ridiculously low for cost. Service was excellent though. Glad she gave my dad and I space to talk. Overall disappointed though.

This was a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. The attention paid to each guest by the servers was remarkable. Food was hot, delicious and visually appealing. Wine flowed & a good time was had by all.

Mascato wine was the best I have ever tasted!

Brio is a great family-friendly restaurant. The food is great though sometimes it gets really packed which means a long wait time to be seated or get service. They have a good selection of food. Their happy hour is one of the best. The price is reasonable and good portions.

Very good pricing for excellent food. Waitress was extremely kind and attentive to us and our needs. Large variety of wine selection, non-alcoholic drinks are available. We went for dinner at 5 and got all of our food in a timely manner.

I was expecting it to be a 5-stars but the services was the one holding me back. Don't get me wrong, the services wasn't bad, just so so, mostly lack of interaction with any waiter/waitress, likely due to lack of training (as often a few of them just standing there far from the tables not actively doing anything). Other than that, everything else was very good, including the quality of foods, amazingly priced (i was there at the happy hours). Overall, i sure will come back when i am in the area.

I have been to both Brio's in Columbus...they both have great food and atmosphere...I absolutely recommend eating here!!

For the past 2 years we have gone here for my grandpa's birthday (he's 98) and the service is always wonderful 💝

We stopped by from inside. Beautiful place. Service was as you'd expect. The gorgonzola steak medallions were really good, as was the bisque, calamari, and lobster ravioli. Cesar salad was really good too..
